Just paid airport parking fees. Total rip off and absolutely unacceptable charges. Was charged $18 for 7mins extra. Sad business for shops in this centre. Parking is so discouraging.

I used to shop at Coles after medical Centre visit. 1.5 hours not enough time before being ripped off for $18. Coles and other business’s will lose a lot of customers.

Dr's visit, Dr was surgery running late, quick shop at Coles. Just over the time so $18 charge. A real rip off. Will put on stop watch next time

I totally agree with above reviews, I didn’t know about this new increase and went over 5 minutes and was charged 18. Totally unacceptable and a rip off, Coles will be losing all customers soon.

My local Coles is located inside this shopping centre so I visit it frequently and am usually out within 1.5 hours but sometimes a shop does take a bit longer and charging $18 for as soon as you go over that 1.5 hours is a complete rip off. Not even Westfield car parks hit you with a fee that high as soon as you go over. It's ridiculous

Improvements to centre for pedestrians have made access a lot more pleasant...but $18 for parking once over the 1.5 hours limit is a bit steep for families looking to combine trips to the medical centre with shopping at Coles or coffee at adjoining cafe. I won't be able to do my grocery shopping here again with 2 kids in tow.

Complete rip off, I didn’t even leave Coles and stayed just over the 1.5 h and i was doing my weekly food shopping, but spent a bit more time than usual as i was looking for some extra ingredients. I guess I won’t be buying at this Coles again.

Complete rip off car park. Was free for 2 hours. Now it’s a rush to get the shopping done at Coles with their lack of staffed checkouts and exit before 1.5 hours. I shop at Woolworths down the road now - no stress!

Not sure how retailers in the centre can expect business from patients of the medical centre when they have to pay $18 for parking after 90 minutes. It’s not a hospital or airport it’s a shopping centre. Unacceptable!

Too expensive for parking if you go to Medical Centre &/or Chemist and Coles. We paid $18 for just over 1.30hrs which is far more than Chatswood parking which has first 2hrs free at Westfield and 3hrs free at Chase. Was sure parking used to be free for first 2hrs if you used shops.
