As per previous post, no signage and got locked in with $125 unlock fee.I paid and when trying to get out, gate did not open, I call the intercom no one amswered, 2 cars exit from entry and unfortunatly had to use the entry gate as exit.I was mislead by the HuGe 24/7 sign..I am sorry that i use the entry as exit, however after paying $125 i was expecting at least some form of facilities to exit properly. The $125 does not includes a proper tax invoice and to where direct a formal complaint.Customer ref number: 800543

ANYONE USING THE CLARENCE ST SYDNEY PARKING. If you get locked out! Climb over the black gate and tell them at the boom gate that Holly said it was ok! Alternatively pay the $125 for someone to open the gate. Your signage is poor! No trading hours upon entry until you get passed the shutters and down the ramp to the boom gate!As we were leaving, there was also another couple who did not see any trading hours signage until we pointed to them. The car park was quite full with another 10cars that still hadn't left.As for Holly... well... she Shouldn't be answering the phone! Very unprofessional and rude! Definitely never using this parking again!

A great deal of information regarding on-street parking in Sydney is available here.

Loading Zones

Many parking spots within the CBD act as loading zones throughout working hours. Some cars used by people in these loading zones are just regular consumer vehicles so it's very easy to see other cars parked somewhere and misread signs, resulting in a loading zone infringement ticket.

Tow Away Zones

Vehicles illegally parked within this area of the CBD are much more likely to be towed away (compared to receiving a parking infringement fine).

Recent Changes

To keep the city centre moving during changes to the bus network from Sunday 4 October 2015 and light rail construction, Roads and Maritime Services and Transport for NSW have introduced several changes to parking restrictions and tow-away zones. More information regarding this can be found here.
