It is a rip off, I was charged $20 because I went twice as I returned after 5 hours to return an item that was damaged. I stayed no longer than 15 minutes and the total time I spent would have been 1 hour. Parking is free for 2 hours. How can this be justified. I will be going elsewhere where parking is not charged even if you re-enter on the same day after 45 minutes.

rubbish we have to pay when the traffic is blocked etc. I went there twice in one day and was charged 15 dollars for shpping at coles
