Shocking. Three of the four machines didn't work. This has been consistent for the past month at least. At least create another option other than cash if the card reader doesn't even work. Calling the number is a waste of time too.

Because of the machine not functioning, I had to pay for nothing and not getting any refund from the company. I guess action needs to be taken after so many complaints.

Agree with previous review. Rake in the money and don’t bother having functioning machines . I got an 80 dollar fine as an indirect result of non functioning machines

Your parking ticket machine doesn’t work half the time and causes so much inconvenience to everyone parking on the upper deck. Over time with all the complaints you have done nothing about it. Very unprofessional.
