Ripoff carpark, I paid for my ticket at the ground floor terminal then drove from the third floor and was stopped at the boom gate because it said I had outstanding fees to be paid for my ticket. With cars behind me I had no choice but to pay a second time at the boom gate just to get out.

Run down and smells like piss. Cheap $15 early bird. Good location.

As a car park it is OK, but don't use it if you're going to see a show at the nearby Princess Theatre. There is only one way in and one way out, so when we went to leave after seeing a show at Princess Theatre, there was so much traffic congestion inside the car park that it took 35 mins before we could even exit our car space!! We literally travelled 1 metre in 35 minutes!! Then it took another 10 mins to drive down 4 levels inside the car park to actually exit the building. There were no car park staff to direct traffic or even communicate with us about why it was taking so long. At the exit, there were two lanes with boom-gates. One lane was blocked by a car that seemed to be having trouble inserting the ticket and getting the boom gate to open. The other boom gate was helpfully being held open by a man (who looked like just another ordinary customer, ie. not a staff member), so that all the cars could exit more quickly... presumably because everyone else had been waiting over 30 mins to leave the bloody p

I find most of the spaces difficult to get into when it's packed, but there's so many spaces that it's not often I have to try to get into a hard spot. I simply go up to the next level and find one there.
