A massive rip off. Over priced.

I registered for a park in Brisbane. That same first day I got an aggressive email threatening to issue me me an infringement notice for not affixing the pass to the windscreen (even though it was in plain sight on the dash board). I responded and said that I needed to move it between cars as agreed. Then they threatened to cancel the contract (on the first day). And then that same afternoon did. Worst thing was they kept the deposit, a months rent and now have taken another months rent. (3 months) for 1/2 days parking. Abusive, unprofessional. Never use Care Parking!

Happy to take your money but nowhere to be seen when there's a problem. I got parked in by another vehicle. Phoned the number on the booking who were no help. Sent an email later with photo proof and requesting better signage so people don't park in aisles. Had to sent three emails to get a reply. The reply I received was rude, condescending and with demonstrable false information. Basically got accused of being unable to drive because "no one else who parks in that spot has had a problem". I guess they surveyed everyone who parked there. Better and cheaper carparks with better customer service to be found elsewhere.

I was charged 97 Aud despite entering at 7:36am and leaving at 3:14pm (Early Bird) because I did not work out that you had to find the 'validate machine' who knows where. I apologised and explained to the operator it was my first time using this car park for my first day back to work in 2020, that I usually park in Roma St Carpark but it is under refurbishment. I apologized for not thinking about the 'validate machines. He courstously redirected me to call 31024106 (Management) to ask them if they could waive the fee and let me paid 32 Aud Early Bird. I rang that number. The woman who took the call said she would have to ask her side of Management, could I hold? Yes, I said calmly. She came back to me saying that management said No. I explained this was going to eat up all my day's wage, that I was working locally and that this was making of me a non returning customer.
