Henry Waymouth Public Car Park

Must be one of the worst car parks in Adelaide. One lift has been out of service for at least 2 years, the other is not the most reliable.

Atrocious service from the owners/operators of this carpark. With the amount of money you pull in each day, fix the broken lifts, fix the broken cameras! I’ve worked nearby and parked there for nearly 2 years and for that entire time and longer, one of the two lifts has been inoperable. This leaves one lift which is temperamental and breaks constantly. There is also only one camera at the entrance. The camera on level 7 is apparently broken. There is constant safety issues here - a gang of somewhat young people hang out on upper levels causing damage and safety concerns. Windows of cars are constantly smashed and cars broken into on all levels, people are harassed and assaulted whilst walking to their cars. I appreciate this antisocial behaviour is not the car park’s fault or within their control, but what IS within your control is to have operating cameras on all floors and look at having security guards patrolling at random times throughout the day and night.

I entered for the early bird parking. But finished my training an hour n half early and thought I still qualified early bird parking (my mistake). I was charged a whole $24 for the park and then another .59c for payment by card.....a massive rip and expensive park in the city. After making Enquiries since, Have found a few other car parks charge less with no exit criteria. Will not use nor recommend this car park again.
