Saw John Wick 4 at the movies, nearly a 3hr long movie and upon exit got charged $10. Overall movie tickets & food in cinema was over $100 & here they have the nerve to charge $10. Even more appalled parking is not validated by what is spent in Chermside. Never again will I come to this location. Unnecessary greed!

Since they started charging to park a car there, I stopped going there. I haven't bought anything there for years now. I go to places where they don't charge. The shop owners should be up in arms over this. They lose heaps of patronage. Westfield want a bus terminus there to attract shoppers and then complain that workers park there. Can't have it both ways. To punish shoppers with exorbitant parking fees is criminal. REVERSE PAID PARKING!

Very disappointed to be charged $36. Got there 8:45am to visit ifly and left 3:45pm spent about $500 at the shops. Greedy Westfield. Will park on nearby street if I go there again.

Appalling to charge customer car parking let alone the fees expected. Twice in two consecutive days paid in excess of the schedule of fees ??? As a out of town visitor I certainly won't shop at Chermside again and will advise friends accordingly.

Exiting the carpark, south, I notice that there is a problem with the boom gate. It is taking a lot longer than usual for it to open. Also pot holes in the carpark take forever to be repaired. Come on Westfield, get your act together. And don't get me started on the escalator on Woolworths end of the centre out of order for months!

Just over 6 hours in the shopping centre to be charged $36 for parking is bloody ridiculous and enough to turn me off the centre. Will go to local shopping strips from now on

Absolutely ridiculous. Spend about $800 in there and 7 hours of shopping and still charging me $36 for parking? I will not be coming there again! Another lost customer.

The charge of $6 for parking after attending the cinema is excessive. I am now avoiding shopping eating at restaurants and cinema as much as possible. Supporting Dendy Portside and others where parking is free.

I just went to the car wash spent $110, had some lunch in the eatery, went to kingpin spent another $50, spent nearly $300 at the Lego shop, and then you charge me $4 for parking - what an absolute rort. Fair enough charge the commuters who use it, but not the shoppers.

I haven't shopped at Chermside since they brought the new parking rates in. Two hours is nowhere near long enough to get around the shops and there's no way I'm paying for the privilege to spend money in their centre. It's an absolute rort. There are plenty of other shopping centres around.

Pure unmitigated greed is all I can say. The parking fees are high, they charge extra for 'prime' carparks, and they no longer validate parking. Download the App and be spammed with advertising. I will be doing my utmost to shop elsewhere. They also charge staff on casual hours to park for work. Shop elsewhere and support smaller centres and casual retail staff.
