Worst car park to exit from after an event. Every car must tap card or scan barcode to get out. Over 50mins to just get out of the car park, such a joke. Unorganised chaos. Ruins the end of the night after an event. Would recommend public transport and avoid this place!

Most useless exit system ever. 1 1/2 hours just to exit the car park after an event. One exit, incompetent people directing traffic. Seriously worried we’d die from asphyxiation….

Poorly organized at exit times - chaos as cars jostle to exit. In 25years of driving in the UK, US, mainland Europe - this is the only car park I have ever scratched my car (last night !!!) as an exit lane required an expected adjustment as more cars came from a blind spot right at the exit barriers. An awful car park to be avoided.

Narrow spaces particularly when trying to exit during an event with a scurry of cars flocking to find parking. A victim and witnessed scrapes and dents to cars from pillars.

Mind bogglingly useless system an hour to excit. Holding people up further using the boom gate system is idiotic. I’ve never witnessed such an absurd system.

Doors to lifts are locked and disabled people are not able to accesa the car park on any level except the ground !!! No contact numbers, nothing! RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Had to have person wait outside the car park, go get car, wait in long line of traffic, then go pick up person who wasnt able to access the car park as no lifts open to carpark.

It was really easy to get a park but leaving is a nightmare. 50 minutes to get out. Need someone to direct traffic so it's easier to get out.

You have to book 24 hour prior to an event... really? Update your systems guys... you're stuck in the 80s!
