Yes it's expensive, as is parking at any major hospital (or the airport). It is prime cbd and strict street parking laws. We have a 4 1/2 hr drive & toddlers, to get there, so grateful for the parking. Melb folk have options of public transport, regional Vic does not, nor the specialist, sadly.

Upon arrival and walking to the lifts I encountered two men urinating in the car park. Disgusting! Made me think there mustn’t be any security or cameras? Went to my appointment - a painful arthritic foot. When I went to leave I was unable to find a lift to take me back down to level B4, not even stairs were to be located. I had to walk all the way down with my painful foot. When I finished my hike I found an enormous SUV was parked over the line next to me (I was reversed in close to a wall) I could only get in my car with great difficulty. This car park is quite tight and then I had to follow another huge SUV around all the tight corners at walking pace to get out. $18 for this at a health facility!

I was charged twice . Paid at machine, card wouldn’t work on existing, The attendant made me pay again before he would lift the gate. $33 first then$ 40 ten minutes later. I was parked for two hours Not good enough.

Absolutely disgusting how greedy, heartless, immoral these pigs are; ripping-off the distraught loved ones of the sick and dying. If the local council had any ethics or integrity they would not allow this scam to take place. Appalling.

Handy when visiting a patient at the hospital but OMG it's expensive. First time l parked there cost $60 ! Unfortunately the parking around the vicinity of the hospital is around 2 hour metered parking, had to walk around 500 meters away to find a 2 hour street park which was not metered. The whole area is a bit of a minefield as there are residential properties all around the hospital and they have permits commencing after 5.30pm resulting in even less options to park elsewhere.

It's costly compared to others car park.

To put it mildly, it is an unjustified rip off. No other hospital parking is so expensive or uncomfortable to use.

You'll need to be an orthopaedic surgeon to park here, because it costs an arm and a leg!
